
Dill is undoubtedly a key ingredients in many Swedish dishes. Think gravad lax and gravlax sauce, it would not be the same without it. However, there is so much more to it than just the connection to gravad lax. Chop it finely and include it in a salad and your pancake mix. Put it in when you boil potatoes or add it to mash. It is difficult to think of food items that can’t be improved by a bit of dill.
