
Cinnamon is what I would describe as a versatile and exciting spice! Course, the Scandinavians are famous for their cinnamon buns but it can be used for so much more. One great example of the versatility is how it can be included in different types of herb mixtures such as Berbere, a hot Ethiopian spice blend that is simply superb all-purpose seasoning.

It is great to sprinkle some cinnamon on top of a cappuccino, using as ice cream flavouring and on top of grilled pumpkin. The possibilities are endless.
